美味しいチーズで美味しいピザ。その名前のとおり、東京ミッドタウン日比谷にて、地産地消のできたて新鮮チーズがたっぷりの美味しいビザが味わえます。
チーズ好きにはたまらないピッツェリア。特に3種のチーズ(本日のブリサモーレ、リコッタ、モッツアレラ)、前菜2種類とピザの組み合わせが選べる「グッドセット」のシーズナルがお勧め。濃厚なチーズには、さっぱり魚貝を合わせたくて、真鯛のカルパッチョと、タコとツブ貝のセビーチェを選びました。
ピザは、どれもチーズたっぷりで、生地は薄いのにもちもち、しかもサイズはかなり大きめ。さすが、東京ミッドタウン日比谷ならではのピッツェリアでした。
Good cheese, good pizza. As the name suggests, at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, you can enjoy delicious pizza filled with freshly made, locally consumed cheese.
This pizzeria is a must for cheese lovers. We especially recommend “seasonal Good Set”, which includes three types of cheese (today’s brisamole, ricotta, and mozzarella), two appetizers, and a choice of pizza combinations. As we wanted to pair the rich cheese with a refreshing fish and shellfish, we chose the sea bream carpaccio and the octopus and whelk ceviche.
The pizzas were all filled with cheese and quite large in size, and their dough was thin but sticky. They were excellent both in quality and quantity, as one would expect from a popular pizzeria in Tokyo Midtown Hibiya.
