Toranomon Hills Station Tower newly opened on October 6. The “T-Market” located in the atrium of the Station Tower is a new center of Tokyo’s culinary culture. Visitors can experience a little bit of what they want to eat from a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants that are leading the Japanese food frontier, over convivial conversation.
Seatings range from the open-air terrace and community tables to counters adjacent to each restaurant’s kitchen and semi-private sofa seats, allowing you to choose according to your purpose and mood.
All orders are taken from a tablet. To try a little bit of Japanese, Western, and Chinese food, we ordered an assortment of appetizers from “Japanese Izakaya Toranomon Oshima,” barbecued chicken from “CHICKEN RICE CLUB,” Mapo tofu (fried tofu with Chinese chili sauce) from “Chinese bar, dim sum, and yum cha: Ya Bao ARBOL seiro,” pizza margherita from “CRAZY PIZZA TORANOMON” (for my son!). The appetizer platter from Oshima was a particularly sumptuous dish that used a wide variety of ingredients, including cheese, egg/fish egg, grilled fish, steamed chicken, and roasted beef, and was the perfect accompaniment to sake, wine, and even white rice.
It was a new type of food court with a sophisticated space and service, but with a lineup that would satisfy everyone in the family or friends.
１０月６日に新たに誕生した虎ノ門ヒルズステーションタワー。そのステーションアトリウムに広がる「T-MARKET(ティーマーケット)」は、東京の新たな食文化の発信地。日本の食フロンティアを牽引する和・洋・中さまざまなお店から、少しずつ、食べたいものを、語らいながら体験できます。
テーブルは、テラスやコミュニティ・テーブルのような、開放感あるところから、各店のキッチンに隣接したカウンタ、そしてプライべート感ある半個室風のソファー席まで、その日の目的や気分で選べます。
注文はすべてタブレットから。和・洋・中を少しずつためそうと、「和食居酒屋 虎ノ門 おお島」の前菜盛り合わせ、「CHICKEN RICE CLUB」のバーベキューチキン、「中華バル、飲茶・点心：雅宝ARBOL seiro」の麻婆豆腐、「CRAZY PIZZA TORANOMON」のピザ・マルゲリータ（息子用！）をオーダー。特に、おお島の前菜盛り合わせが、チーズ、卵・魚卵、焼き魚、チキン、ビーフと幅広い素材をふんだんにつかった贅沢な一品で、日本酒もワインも白ご飯も進む最高の一品でした。
洗練した空間とサービスだけれど、家族や友人誰もが満足するラインナップで、新しいフードコートでした。
