The concept is an adult casual “diner in town” fitted to the Ebisu area. You can enjoy carefully selected seasonal ingredients, natural wines and cocktails in a fashionable but unpretentious atmosphere.
The bright and open restaurant has more than 90 seats, including terrace seats. The menu offers a variety of high-quality ingredients strictly selected from all over Japan with the blessing of each season.
From the seasonal salad with large portions of marinated to the cereal rice risotto filled with asparagus and parmesan cheese, all were very satisfying with their gentle flavors, safe ingredients, and careful preparation. The restaurant was truly a stylish diner for adults where everyone, from the manager to the service staff, was very friendly, making us want to visit again and again..
In the adjoining store, you can enjoy handmade doughnuts, ice cream, and other items created through the “Except for A” (proactive use of non-standard food materials) project. There is always a long que for their colorful, poppy, yet healthy doughnuts, but it is worth trying it!

大振りなカツオのマリネ・サラダから、アスパラとパルメザンチーズたっぷりの雑穀米リゾットまで、どれも優しい味と安心の素材、そして丁寧な調理で、大満足でした。また、店長さんからサービススタッフまで、皆さん、とてもフレンドリーで、何度でも訪れたくなる、まさに、大人のためのオシャレ食堂でした。
併設されたショップでは「Except for A(規格外食材の積極的利用する)」プロジェクトから生まれた、全てが手づくりのドーナツやアイスクリームなどが楽しめます。いつも、カラフルでポップなのに体にやさしいドーナツを求めて、長い行列だけど、並ぶ価値ありです。
